2. Your Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or have the express consent of a legal parent or guardian) to register an account and execute purchases. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and session access.

3. Tickets, Purchases & Resale
Tickets purchased via 11events are revocable licenses that grant admission to the designated event schedule and venue. All purchases are considered final upon checkout confirmation, except where explicitly covered by the organizer's published refund schedule or event cancellation policies.

Event schedules, artist lineups, age restrictions, and venue admission criteria are managed independently by event organizers. 11events provides the discovery and transaction infrastructure but does not operate physical venues unless explicitly stated.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to exploit the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities. This includes interfering with network traffic, probing infrastructure vulnerabilities, bypassing rate limits, or reverse-engineering seating layout builder features.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
All platform designs, code, brand marks, and software belong exclusively to 11events. Event banners, trademarks, and artist likenesses belong to their respective rightsholders and organizers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11events and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from event cancellations, personal injuries at venues, or server downtime.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Accra, Ghana.
